The Brothers of Psi Iota Chapter welcome you

In 1946, a seed was planted that has evolved into the tree that we know as the Psi Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The service that is given through the various activities and events of our chapter is a testament of who we are and our commitment to excellence for over 75 years of excellence. We believe as we preserve our heritage, while building our future, we not only appreciate how we came to be, but also insure that those who follow us are also able to move to the next level by the footprints that are left. As men of Omega, we give of ourselves, as we aim to serve our communities and those with whom we interact. Psi Iota Chapter is an unincorporated association of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated

On behalf of the Psi Iota Chapter of The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, we welcome you to our site. I am honored that the brothers of this chapter have entrusted me to lead this dynamic chapter as its 32nd basileus.  Having the responsibility of keeping Psi Iota strong and guiding it to its sunset of nearly 80 years of committed service to mankind is an exceptional honor. Our chapter has a tremendous passion for the service that we provide to our community.  The men of psi iota have and always will be poised and ready to serve our community AND BEYOND

There have been many lives that have come to know Psi Iota Chapter, especially in the greater Dover area. We as men of upright character seek opportunities every day to connect to everyone, everywhere. We are thankful to not only our fraternity’s Founders, but also for our initial chartering members James C. Hardcastle, Wayman A. Scott, and William R. Wynder. For they established a standard of excellence for the Brothers of Psi Iota not to merely maintain, but to exceed in abundance.

As Psi Iota Chapter APPROACHES 80 years of existence, we realize that this is a testimony to God's creative presence and will to shape His people for the work of kingdom building. It is this kind of unstoppable work that not only unfolds within the faith community but extends to the uttermost parts of the earth. We will continue to answer mankind’s call from our neighbors and all over the globe. The need for the members of Psi Iota to keep our hands to the plow and continue servicing our community has never been greater than it is today, and through God’s divine grace, we will continue to serve for decades to come.

You too can help make a difference. Go to our homepage and click on the donate button. And if you can, give generously.  Your contribution will fund college scholarships and support Psi Iota’s other community projects and programming.

Thank you for your partnership as we strive to help Delawareans and beyond build a better tomorrow, starting today.

Respectfully,
Temple L Jefferson III
